People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product. The product in question was distributed in the following states: VA, MA, WA and CA from January 2012 through mid-April 2012 and was sold in retail stores. The lot code affects only a total of 11 cases of 30 bars of this product that were sold by 7 retailers and 1 distributor, all of who have been contacted. Product involved pertains to the 1.58 oz. (45 gr.) bar with bar code of 54000219 505504 and expiration date of 15-September 2013. It does not affect any other Café-Tasse chocolate bars or sizes.
