While cartons are correctly labeled, some of the individual bars are incorrectly packaged in a wrapper for “Grammy Sammy – Honey Graham and Strawberry Yogurt ™ ,” which bears an ingredient statement for that particular product. The products were sold online and in retail stores nationwide. The recall affects products with a “best by date” of June 28, 2012 and UPC 89676600116 6 located on the bottom of the package. The products were distributed to wholesale distributors, service stations, and convenience stores in Indiana, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Virginia between Dec. 1, 2011 and Jan. 23, 2012. The products are packaged in a 7x7x2-inch red, white, and blue box with 32 cellophane-wrapped pieces of candy per package. The product is identified by UPC Code 69087100460 and Lot #3312011 through Lot #0232012. Consumers may return the product to the place of purchase for a refund.
